Martin Strivens is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years experience at Finance and Managing Director level in the media sector.

Having qualified, he spent 3 years with Ernst & Young in the City, before joining Centurion Press, a pioneering print management and magazine publishing company as Finance Director. He was closely involved in a number of successful magazine launches, including the market leading magazine in the Human Resources field, People Management.

He played a major role in the successful launch of London radio station Kiss 100 FM. Having raised the necessary funds through a consortium including EMAP and Virgin, he took on the role of Finance & Commercial Director.

Martin was then asked to take over as Managing Director of Centurion Press, to spearhead a significant re-organisation. Once this had been successfully achieved, he took over as Finance Director of a City based Financial PR company before moving into Executive Search with MRI Worldwide.
